PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the detection accuracy of interference.SOLUTION: An image processor includes: an acquisition part for acquiring the image data of a photographic image; a division part for dividing the acquired image data into a plurality of division areas; a featured value calculation part for calculating the featured values of the image data in the division areas; and a featured value storage part for successively updating and storing the calculated featured values. Then, a change determination part performs: first processing of calculating an amount of change or an amount of matching between the featured values calculated in update areas as the division areas for calculating the featured values and the featured values calculated in the division areas different from the update areas in a temporal direction and/or two-dimensional coordinate direction; and second processing of calculating a difference between the featured values currently calculated in the update areas and the featured values calculated in the past in the update areas, and determines whether or not the update areas are change areas in which the change of the current image data and the image data acquired in the update areas in the past is large on the basis of the processing content of the first processing and the processing content of the second processing.
