PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire spread preventive building capable of preventing a spread of fire in a tree dense area, and also capable of securing a refuge traffic line of people and a traffic line of an emergency vehicle, without reducing an urban value possessed by the tree dense area.SOLUTION: The fire spread preventive building 1 is arranged in a belt-like area formed in a position adjacent to a plurality of wooden buildings in the tree dense area of densely crowding the plurality of wooden buildings. The fire spread preventive building 1 comprises a fireproofing wall 2 for preventing the spread of fire to the other wooden building arranged by sandwiching the fire spread preventive building 1 from the wooden building adjacent to the fire spread preventive building and an internal space covered at least a part with the fireproofing wall 2, that is the internal space for securing the traffic line in the belt-like area. |
