Provided is a forged part comprising a steel which satisfies formula 1 and which has a chemical component composition that contains, in terms of mass %, 0.30-0.45% of C, 0.05-0.35% of Si, 0.50-0.90% of Mn, 0.030-0.070% of P, 0.040-0.070% of S, 0.01-0.50% of Cr, 0.001-0.050% of Al, 0.25-0.35% of V, 0-0.0100% of Ca and 0.0150% or less of N, with the remainder consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The metal structure is a ferrite-pearlite structure and the areal proportion of ferrite is 30% or higher. The Vickers hardness is 320-380 HV. The 0.2% yield strength is 800 MPa or higher. The Charpy V-notch impact value is 7-15 J/cm2. |
