The present invention comprises a lead wire wiring component (1) that has a lead wire guide (23) which: suppresses the movement, in the axial direction of a stator (10), of a power source lead wire (8) and a sensor lead wire (7) which are routed on the lead wire wiring component (1); and guides the power source lead wire (8) and the sensor lead wire (7) to a lead wire leading component (6). The lead wire leading component (6) has a protrusion (22) which can be mounted to the lead wire guide (23). Moulding is performed when the protrusion (22) is detached from the lead wire guide (23), and the lead wire leading component (6) is detached from the lead wire wiring component (1).
