The invention provides a combined GPS/WIFI/base station positioning method, and a device and system therefor. The positioning method, device and system organically combine the advantages of high-accuracy GPS positioning (error is within 15m) and high-speed WIFI/base station positioning to achieve rapid and accurate positioning. Moreover, when the GPS cannot receive signals in a building or a room, the WIFI or the base station can provide approximated positioning.
