<p>[Problem] To provide a testing method for bonded bodies capable of testing the quality of a bond of a bonded body in which a first member and a second member, both of which are thin plates, are bonded, without deformation of the bonded body. [Solution] A testing method for bonded bodies tests a bond of a bonded body in which a first member and a second member are bonded. The bonded body comprises a first bonding section that bonds the outer peripheral edges of the first member and the second member in an annular shape, a second bonding section that partial bonds the first member and the second member further toward the interior than the outer peripheral edge, and an opening that faces outward from a gap provided between the first member and the second member. In an accommodating step of this testing method, the bonded body is held and accommodated in an accommodating space. In an injection step, a testing medium for testing is injected into the accommodating space. In a detection step, a connection is made to the accommodating space and, of the testing medium, a first testing medium that flows to the exterior of the opening through the space from a bond defect portion of the first boding section of the bonded body and a second testing medium that passes through a defective portion of the bond of the second bonding section of the bonded body are detected.</p> |
