PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR ENHANCING ELUTION OF LIPASE INHIBITOR AND REDUCING SIDE EFFECTS AND THE PREPARATION THEREOF

The present invention provides a pharmaceutical formulation to increase a dissolution rate of a lipase inhibitor and reduce the side effects of the lipase inhibitor, including oily anal leakage; and a method to prepare the same. The pharmaceutical formulation comprises: a lipase inhibitor; and a porous adsorbent on which a thin film of the lipase inhibitor is formed. When the thin film of the lipase inhibitor is formed on the porous absorbent, the dissolution rates to the lipase inhibitor is increased while oil is re-absorbed into the empty porous absorbent after the lipase inhibitor is eluted to reduce the side effects of effluent oil.
