Provided are composite carbon fibers, which can be easily dispersed while aggregates do not remain in a matrix such as resin and the like, and effectively reduce the electric resistance. The composite carbon fibers comprise: a multi-layer carbon nanotube whose 99% or more has a fiber diameter of 5-40 nm; a carbon particle whose first particle diameter is 20-100 nm; and a graphite-carbon nanofiber whose 99% or more has a fiber diameter of 50-300 nm. The multi-layer nanotube is uniformly dispersed between the graphite-carbon nanofiber and the carbon particle. |
