Methods and devices for forming an organic semiconductor transistor upon a three-dimensionally formed insert device are disclosed. In some embodiments, the present invention comprises a step of inserting a three-dimensional surface having an organic semiconductor-based thin film transistor, an electrical interconnection unit, and an energy supply element into an insert for inclusion into ophthalmic lenses. In some embodiments, the formed insert may be directly used as an ophthalmic device or be included in an ophthalmic device. |
