The present invention relates to a complex egg yolk antibody composition for preventing and treating canine viral infectious diseases and a method for producing the same, and more specifically, to a complex egg yolk antibody composition for preventing and treating canine viral infectious diseases and a method for producing the same, wherein, with respect to an egg yolk antibody used to prevent and treat canine viral infectious diseases and having immunoglobulin Y, which is formed in an egg yolk by immunizing a viral antigen into a laying hen, the antigen is a complex antigen of at least two selected from the group consisting of canine parvovirus (CPV), canine distemper virus (CDV), canine coronavirus (CCV), infectious hepatitis, rabies, adenovirus type 2, infectious cold, Kenel cough, canine influenza, and the respective antigens are adsorbed on a gel-phase adsorbent and the resultant adsorbent is immunized into the laying hen together with an immune enhancement agent. According to the complex egg yolk antibody composition for preventing and treating canine viral infectious diseases of the present invention, the antibody composition, which is produced by using an egg yolk having an antibody generated by immunizing multiple viral antigens into the laying hen, is prepared into a liquid injection type, thereby maximizing the immune function and the treatment effect against canine infectious diseases; and shows more than twice the economical effect when compared with a case where multiple viral antigens are simultaneously immunized to inoculate respective virus. Further, the methods of increasing yield and purity are used in the purification process, thereby facilitating the industrialization of the antibody composition and significantly lowering production costs of the antibody composition. |
