Disclosed is a device for welding, assembling, and fixing a cap of a combustion chamber. The device for welding, assembling, and fixing the cap of the combustion chamber according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a base frame: a center slot adjusting unit mounted at the central portion of the base frame; and a plurality of side slot adjusting units which are arranged in the circumferential direction around the center slot adjusting unit, and are mounted on the base frame, wherein the center slot adjusting unit or the side slot adjusting unit includes: a central shaft which can be moved in the vertical direction and has a wedge part having an inclined surface; a plurality of expansion blocks which have inclined surfaces getting in contact with the inclined surface of the wedge part and move outwards and inwards in the radial direction when the central shaft moves in the vertical direction; and a round spring which is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the expansion blocks to elastically support the expansion blocks inward in the radial direction.
