The present invention relates to a blind control system and method that controls the height of an electromotive blind installed on a building and a recording medium for recording the blind control method. According to the present invention, the blind control system automatically defines time and position information on the place where the system is installed through a network timer and a GPS and automatically defines the direction of each face of the building through an electronic compass (magnetic field sensor, etc.), so that the position and direction of each face of even a multi-faced building can be checked with no calculation at the same time when the system is installed, through drawings, and accurate time can be recognized through NTP support. Further, the blind control system can be synchronized with a blind system and receive the weather information from an outside weather forecast server to accurately control the sensor failure and temporary weather variation. Also, the blind control system can determine optimal control conditions from set control conditions by means of the cooperative operation with the database of a control profile server, thus controlling the blind under the optimal control conditions.
