According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vision inspecting and sorting system for an LED package, which is to inspect the state of an LED package, by comprising: a loader unit which consecutively supplies LED package products to be inspected; a first vision inspecting unit which inspects external appearances of one side of the LED package product supplied by the loader unit, using a vision camera; a reversing unit which reverses the LED package product completed with the inspection of the first vision inspecting unit, in order to make the other side face upward, and transfers the LED package product to the next process; a second vision inspecting unit which inspects external appearances of the other side of the LED package product using a vision camera; a laser marking unit which receives the quality of the LED package product completed with the inspections of the first vision inspecting unit and the second vision inspecting unit, and carves the result on individual defective LED packages using laser beams; an unloader unit including an LED package sorting unit which sorts the LED packages completed with inspection according to the quality, and an LED package stacking unit which have multiple separated stacking spaces in order to store the LED packages transferred from the LED package sorting unit in the stacking spaces according to the quality; and a transfer unit which consecutively transfers the LED packages supplied from the loader unit to the first vision inspecting unit, the reversing unit, the second vision inspecting unit, the laser marking unit, a cleaning unit, and the unloader unit, using a conveyor belt. |
