Agent comprises 1-20 wt.% of organic acid, 0.5-50 wt.% of surfactant, 0.5-10 wt.% of foaming agent, 1-25 wt.% of hydrotropic agent, 0.1-5 wt.% of essential oil, and remaining amount of water, and optionally customary additives and auxiliaries. An independent claim is included for aqueous dilute solution comprising 1-5 wt.%, preferably 2 wt.% of agent. ACTIVITY : Antibacterial; Neuroprotective; Antiarthritic.
