<p>The invention comprises upper and lower actuation means that actuate the rotation of at least one of the wheels (3) of said vehicle, said upper actuation means being actuated by the user's arms (19) and said lower actuation means being actuated by the user's legs (20), said upper and lower actuation means being linked there between and actuated by means of an alternative longitudinal movement, characterised in that said upper and lower actuation means are linked there between by a first endless chain (8) through a first longitudinally movable drive element (4) and a second longitudinally movable drive element (6), one of said drive elements (4, 6) being susceptible of actuating said first chain (8) in one direction, while the other drive element (4, 6) moves simultaneously with said chain (8) in the opposite direction. A vehicle is achieved that can be actuated by the user's arms and legs, achieving much higher speeds than those of conventional bicycles and, in addition, it is achieved using a simpler and less expensive actuation mechanism.
