Disclosed is a method for recarburizing a steel converter using recycled steelmaking dust of a pretreatment of molten iron. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for recarburizing a steel converter using recycled steelmaking dust of a pretreatment of molten iron, including a molten iron pretreatment step for desulfurizing and dephosphorizing molten iron; a step for collecting steelmaking dust generated in the molten iron pretreatment step; and a steel converter refining step for inserting the steelmaking dust as a first recarburizing agent to the molten iron, after blowing oxygen into the molten iron which have gone through the molten iron pretreatment step and decarbonizing the same.
