The present invention relates to a method for cutting a stone material thinly, including a step for forming grid-shaped grooves on the surface of the stone material; a step for arranging a metal material on the grooves; a step for filling a synthetic filler material in the grooves; a step for pressurizing the surface of the stone material; and a step for cutting the stone material at a predetermined width from the pressurized surface. According to the present invention, while preventing damages to the stone material, the stone material can be cut thinly. Moreover, the thickness of the entire building material can be reduced, higher breaking strength can be granted to the building material, and insulation properties and performance of the building material can be enhanced by using the stone material. |
