A crank arm for a bicycle chainset comprises a means for varying crank length during rotation. The arm also comprises two or more sections movable relative to each other to cause the variation in length, and means for attracting and/or repelling the sections to/from each other. The means for attracting and/or repelling may be electromagnets, and the crank may be controlled wirelessly. |
