<p>The present invention relates to a peeling device for food ingredients. The device includes: a main body which includes a cup with an open top and a combining protrusion and a cover to be combined on the top of the cup and having a latching protrusion to be engaged to the combining protrusion and a fixing shaft and a latching shaft in the lower part; a latching unit which includes a peeling unit placed inside the cup of the main body and having a plurality of projections, a transfer unit including a rotation fixing unit integrated with a rotation plate to be combined in the lower part of the peeling unit, and a pressing unit to be combined with the fixing shaft of the cover and including a pressing projection; and a rotation shaft which is placed under the cup of the main body and rotates the peeling unit and the transfer unit of the latching unit. As having the peeling unit and the transfer unit in the lower part of the main body and the pressing unit in the upper part, the present invention is able to peel off the skin of food ingredients by making the food ingredients be rubbed against the peeling unit and the pressing unit in the upper and the lower part of the main body. Furthermore, as the pressing unit in the upper part of the main body presses down the food ingredients from the top, the food ingredients are not colliding with the cover because of the centrifugal force by the rotation of the pressing unit and, instead, colliding with the peeling unit and the pressing unit which are made of silicone material. As a result, the food ingredients are prevented from being crushed.</p> |
