<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an esophageal cancer orthotopic transplant model animal, more particularly, the esophageal cancer orthotopic transplant model animal usable for prognosis evaluation. <P>SOLUTION: The esophageal cancer orthotopic transplant model animal is prepared by using an injector-like device having a cylinder part, a mobile piston part, and an injection device in an esophagus of an immunologically compromised non-human animal, piercing an esophageal mucosa of the animal with the injection device and subcutaneously injecting tumor cells to the esophageal mucosa of the non-human animal from the cylinder part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
