The present invention relates to a medium access control method in a multi-relay wireless communication network and a frame architecture thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for controlling medium access in the multi-relay wireless communication network which manages data including image and audio data generating frequent transmission requests, based on base stations. The present invention enables stable multi-relay and service management in a communication network managing the data traffic managed in a quick cycle such as the image and audio data, based on base station, by applying a proposed centralized medium access control algorithm.
