The present invention provides a method to operate a blade for filling and flatting pellet-manufacturing powder for thermal battery. The method makes powder collected to the inside of a mold by moving the powder to the opposite direction again without letting the powder pushed to the outside of the mold in a process of filling and flatting the powder which is inputted in the press mold in a pellet-manufacturing machine for thermal battery.
