According to the present invention, a pulling tab seal member includes an upper stacked body which forms a pulling tab attached to a lower stacked body which is heated to be sealed on an inlet or an opening of a container. The upper stacked body forms the pulling tab around the sealed part or in the whole circumference. The seal member additionally includes a subtab layer or a member under a grip tab for structural support.
