The artificial turf lock (2) comprises an artificial turf (1), a connection grid (3) and a connection surface (4) for the artificial turf. A circular growth barrier is provided that reach deep about 8 centimeter into the soil. A round or circular recess is provided in the middle of the growth barrier, such that the nozzle of a watering system is formed. The edge of the connecting grid comprises an adhesive surface of 12 centimeter diameter corresponding to the recess.
