The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a wood veneer thin plate wood roll and a method for manufacturing the wood veneer thin plate wood roll, and more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing a wood veneer thin plate wood roll and a method for manufacturing the wood veneer thin plate wood roll, wherein the wood roll is manufactured by continuously and sequentially binding several wood veneer thin plates to nonwoven fabrics, temporarily attaching the wood veneer thin plates to each other, transferring the wood veneer thin plates; heating and pressing the wood veneer thin plates using a pressing device to attach the wood veneer thin plates to each other. The apparatus for manufacturing a wood veneer thin plate wood roll of the present invention comprises: a non-woven fabric roll installed at an upper portion of a roll shaft mount post to be able to rotate, and having a roll shaft around which a non-woven fabric is wound; a wood veneer binding device having an upper portion with a plate shape, wherein the non-woven fabric of the non-woven fabric roll is supplied to the upper portion of the wood veneer binding device by being guided by guide rollers and passed through transfer rollers; wood veneer thin plates which are continuously and sequentially placed and bound on the non-woven fabric supplied to the upper plate of the wood veneer binder; a cutter for cutting the front and rear ends of the transferred wood veneer thin plates into saw-teeth patterns; a temporary attaching device for temporarily attaching the front and rear ends, which are cut into the saw-teeth patterns by the cutter, to engage with each other; a transferring device including a transfer conveyor for transferring the temporarily attached wood veneer thin plates, wherein the transferring device is installed to be contacted with a press roll installed above the transfer conveyor; and a pressing device for heating and pressing the temporarily attached front and rear wood veneer thin plates, which are supplied by the transferring device, thereby attaching the wood veneer thin plates to each other, and here, the wood veneer thin plates which have gone through the pressing device are guided by guide rollers, and then wound around a roll shaft installed at an upper portion of a roll support, thereby manufacturing a wood roll. |
