According to the present invention, disclosed are a financial service providing system, a method thereof, and an apparatus applied to the same. The present invention is able to: confirm that a user device based on a TrustZone technology is required to receive a payment-related approval in connection with the provision of a financial service in a service device; perform the payment-related approval by receiving payment-related information if the financial service is determined as a payment approval object which is able to perform the payment-related approval; and provide a safe financial service by combining a hardware security technology and an isolated execution environment which is not exposed to security threats by providing the financial service only by the execution result of the payment-related approval without receiving the payment-related information in the service device.
