PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components of a guillotine type sheet cutting device to make assembling easy. SOLUTION: In the sheet cutting device including a frame provided with the driving means of a movable blade, a movable blade holder fixing the plate-shaped movable blade, a pressure-contact means by which the movable blade holder is brought into pressure-contact with the frame so as to be slidable and a transmitting means transmitting power of the driving means to the movable blade holder, the movable blade holder is slid along the frame by the driving means.
