<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a body having an anticorrosion outside surface, which has excellent anticorrosion performance and is free from hygienic problems, on the outside surface of which a thermally-sprayed coating film is deposited and which is made of an iron-based material. <P>SOLUTION: An anticorrosion layers are deposited on the surface of a member made of the iron-based material. The anticorrosion layer contains a thermally-sprayed Zn-Sn coating film containing Sn of >1 mass% and <50 mass% and the remainder of Zn. Another anticorrosion layer contains a thermally-sprayed Zn-Sn-Mg coating film containing Sn of >1 mass% and <50 mass%, Mg of >0.01 mass% and <5 mass% and the remainder of Zn. It is suitable that the thermally-sprayed coating film of the anticorrosion layer includes at least one of Ti, Co, Ni and P and each content thereof is >0.001 mass% and <3 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
