<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable monomer which is used for a graft copolymer that is disposed at the multiple points on the surface of a material to be improved in quality and can make the surface functional; a method for producing the monomer; and a graft copolymer obtained by copolymerizing the polymerizable monomer with another polymerizable monomer. <P>SOLUTION: The graft copolymer includes a polymerizable monomer (A) represented by formula (III) and a polymerizable monomer (B) having a pyridyl group, and can be coupled with a ligand via the terminal functional group of R<SP>3a</SP>, (wherein R<SP>1a</SP>is a polymerizable group, R<SP>2a</SP>is an alkylene group having carbon atoms of 2-5, R<SP>3a</SP>is an organic group having terminally a functional group selected from an azide group, a phenyl azide group, a carboxyl group, a primary-quaternary amino group, an acetal group, an aldehyde group, a thiol group, a disulfide group, an active ester group, a trialkoxysilyl group, and a polymerizable group, and n is any integer of 5-20,000). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
