The present invention relates to a method for coproducing methane gas and compost using food wastes and poultry manures, and to an apparatus used for same. According to the present invention, environmental pollution source is recycled without an extra moisture controlling agent to reduce environmental pollution, facilities are simple, harmful components are rarely emitted in a treatment process, and food wastes and poultry manures considered as unpleasant materials can be recycled to renewable biomass energy and compost resource of high quality regardless of temperature change.
