<p>The connector (1) has a connection body (3) in which two solder pins (4) are held, where pins have soldering regions for soldering the pin with a printed circuit board. The pins with the soldering regions form a row lying in a plane, where the soldering regions and contact regions of the pins project over upper and lower body surfaces of the connection body, respectively. The body has leg supports (7a) at the lower body surface for supporting the connector on the board and extending parallel to the pins. The body is made of high temperature stable thermoplastic i.e. polyphenylene sulfide. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembly of a plug connector.</p> |
