The present invention relates to a fresh herb crusher which includes: a first crushing unit for smashing rubbles and sand introduced together with fresh herbs through a hopper while the rubbles, the sand, and the fresh herbs pass between a pair of first crushing rollers; a second crushing unit installed on the vertically lower side of the first crushing unit, for crushing fibers of the fresh herbs after the fresh herbs which passed through the first crushing unit are introduced between a pair of crushing rollers; and a third crushing unit installed on the vertically lower side of the second crushing unit, for finely crushing fibers after the crushed fresh herbs which passed through the second crushing unit are introduced between a pair of crushing rollers, wherein the first crushing unit, the second crushing unit, and the third crushing unit are provided with independent driving forces respectively, so that the crushing speeds of the fresh herbs are individually controlled in stages. |
