Provided are an object transfer module and a ladder having the same. The object transfer module according to an embodiment of the present invention, regarding a module for transferring an object along a rail, includes: a mobile platform having a driving roller fit to the rails; electromagnetic platforms separately arranged on the mobile platform; an elastic member sandwiched between the mobile platform and the electromagnetic platform to separate the mobile platform from the electromagnetic platform; and a piezoelectric body arranged on the mobile platform, while generating an electric signal based on a pressure applied during the contact with the electromagnetic platform by the weight of the object being transferred. The piezoelectric body also supplies the electric signal to the electromagnetic platform.
