The system comprises a control gate (G) that is operated between two adjacent high shelves (R1,R2). A movable chassis (1) is moved along a mast by a lifting load receiving unit (2). The receiving unit is aligned between an operating position and a shed position of a shelf compartment (F). A charging unit (E) is aligned to a transfer position of the shelf compartment or away from the receiving unit such that a superimposed rotational and translational movement is executed between the transfer position and an operating position of the shelf compartment. |
