The present invention relates to a device and method for displaying a dynamic image in an electronic device. The method for displaying a dynamic image in an electronic device may include an operation of checking an image conversion weighting for each image; an operation of checking the moving speed of an electronic device; and an operation of converting the respective images by considering the image conversion weighting and the moving speed of the electronic device.
