Provided is a resin composition with excellent flexibility in sheet shape when dielectric tangent of the cured articles thereof is low and peel strength is increased. The resin composition comprises: (A) an epoxy resin having an ester framework; (B) an active ester-type curing agent; and (C) an inorganic filler, wherein if the composition had 100 wt% of none volatile component, (C) the inorganic filler content could be greater than equal to 50 wt%, and if the content of (C) the inorganic filler were 100 parts by weight, the content of (A) the epoxy resin having the ester framework could be 1-20 parts by weight. |
