The present invention relates to a fluid pumping apparatus, and more specifically, to a fluid pumping apparatus which includes a compressible chamber in which one end portion is narrowly formed in a central direction; a compressor compressing the chamber by fluid pressure to discharge water temporarily stored in the storage unit; a reconveying means disposed at the storage unit of the chamber to reconvey the compressor which compressed the chamber; a fluid discharge unit having a discharge valve, disposed at the narrow end portion of the chamber, and discharging the fluid temporarily stored in the storage unit when the chamber is compressed by the compressor; and a fluid supply unit having a supply valve to supply the fluid to the storage unit, wherein, when the chamber is compressed by the compressor, the supply valve of the fluid supply unit is closed, the discharge valve of the fluid discharge unit is opened to discharge the fluid inside the storage unit of the chamber, and the speed of the discharging is increased as the fluid passes through the end portion of the chamber which gradually becomes narrower. |
