An exhaust gas processing device is disclosed. The exhaust gas processing device according to the present invention comprises a first pollutant removing part for removing the nitrogen oxide of exhaust gas discharged from an offshore structure; a second pollutant removing part for removing the sulfur oxide of the exhaust gas; and a control part for operating at least one among the first and second pollutant removing parts according to the location of the offshore structure.
