The present invention relates to a stent having a connector with multiple bent portions. More specifically, the stent has cell each of which is formed by four nodes and segments. A plurality of cells formed in a width direction constitutes one cell unit. A plurality of cell units is formed in a longitudinal direction to form outer cells between the adjoining cell units. The segments of each cell unit are connected to enable each cell to be open and closed. When the cell is closed, two nodes are bent to be protruding in directions opposite from each other. The segment for forming the outer cells enables each outer cell to be open in one side or the other side. As the segment is multiply bent, each cell of each cell unit can be freely transformed. Furthermore, as the outer cell can be freely transformed, an operator can easily treat bending and twisting of the tube of a body in a transverse direction after the stent is inserted into the tube of the body, thereby preventing damage to the tube in the body. Also, the stent can maintain the extended or opened state, can increase the extent of transformation when the stent is bent as the stent includes the multiple bent portions. In addition, the stent can improve the effect of a medicinal fluid as the amount of the medicinal fluid spread on the stent is increased by an increase in the area of the stent. |
