The present invention relates to a bread crumb composition containing a seasoning powder for cooking an oven baking cutlet, an oven baking cutlet using the bread crumb composition, and a method for cooking the oven baking cutlet, and specifically, to a bread crumb composition containing a seasoning powder wherein the meat is coated with the bread crumb composition and then roasted at the time of cooking a cutlet in an oven roasting manner and the bread crumb composition is composed by mixing 75~80 wt% of bread crumbs, 15~17 wt% of cooking oil, and 3~5 wt% of the seasoning powder; to an oven baking cutlet cooked by using the bread crumb composition; and to a method for cooking the oven baking cutlet. The bread crumb composition containing a seasoning powder for cooking an oven baking cutlet according to the present invention is coated on the surface of the meat, thereby allowing the meat to be roasted in an oven roasting manner, but the meat is not fried in high-temperature oil, and thus, can provide an oven baking cutlet which enables the reduction of calories, allows the intake of useful ingredients of the canola oil, which are beneficial to the human body, and is preferred by all ages and sexes due to a good taste or texture, and a method for cooking the oven baking cutlet. |
