Disclosed is a post-treating apparatus for a waste water treatment plant using aquatic plants. The apparatus utilizes land with high efficiency and can efficiently reduce nitrogen and phosphors in finally discharged water by making effluent pass through a plurality of post-treatment tanks in order. The post-treating apparatus comprises: an inlet pipe which allows effluent discharged from an effluent tank to flow into a front space of an upper unit of a head post-treatment tank; a transfer pipe which allows the effluent flowing in a flow channel pipe of the upper unit or a lower unit of the post-treatment tank to flow into a front space of the upper unit or the lower unit of the post-treatment tank in order; and a discharging pipe which discharges the effluent from the lower unit of the final post-treatment tank to the outside. |
