The present invention relates to a bollard enabling a vessel anchoring rope to be easily wound and unwound. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the disclosed bollard includes: an anchoring rope inlet letting the anchoring rope to be inserted to bind a vessel; an anchoring rope path formed to let the anchoring rope to pass through from the anchoring rope inlet; an anchoring rope outlet discharging the tip of the anchoring rope to the outside of the anchoring rope path; a post fixing the anchoring rope on the anchoring rope path by protruding to the anchorage of a vessel; and a fixing apparatus which is arranged on anchoring rope path to restrict and fix the anchoring rope discharged from the anchoring rope outlet to the outside.
