The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flowerbed retaining fence using recycled rubber. The method comprises: a first step of mixing waste tire chips with a diameter of 1-2 mm, elvan, chaff, and a pigment; a second step of feeding 20 wt% of binder to 100 wt% of elastic rubber formed by the mixing, followed by mixing; a third step of putting the mixture, which is obtained in the second step, into a molding frame in a heated state, and distributing the mixture in the molding frame; a fourth step of pressing an upper molding of the molding frame into a lower molding of the molding frame; and a fifth step of completing the flowerbed retaining fence using the recycled rubber with the lapse of a predetermined period of the pressing time. As such, since recycled rubber powder is used, the flowerbed retaining fence is strong, and has excellent durability, shock absorption, and weather resistance. Further, the flowerbed retaining fence is formed in an eco-friendly manner, and thus the flowerbed retaining fence causes less eyestrain, has no harmful materials, and offers a great effect to the green growth as a product using recycled materials. |
