The present invention relates to a method for inducing differentiation of epiblast stem cells into neural cells comprising a step of cultivating the epiblast stem cells in a culture medium which includes 10-15 ng/ml of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and Activin A for 1-3 days. The present invention can be used as a cell therapy product by effectively differentiating the epiblast stem cells into neural stem cells or the neural cells by cultivating the epiblast stem cells in the optimal culture medium.
