The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation apparatus using a seaming clamp and a construction method thereof, and has a purpose of installing and fixating a clamp at seaming formed on a roof panel at regular intervals via bolts and nuts, then installing and fixating a solar cell module while installing C-channels and profiles in an upper part to make the same cross at right angles, thereby solidly fixating the solar cell module. To this end, the present invention provides a photovoltaic power generation apparatus, installed and fixated at the upper part of the roof panel having the seaming at regular intervals for converting solar energy into electric energy, comprising a seaming clamp coupled and fixated at regular intervals via pressurization of both sides of the seaming by a coupling unit; a plurality of C-channels arranged on an upper surface of the seaming clamp and coupled and fixated by the coupling unit; a plurality of profiles arranged at an upper part side of the C-channel in an orthogonal direction, coupled and fixated by the coupling unit and having a bolt support rail, into which a bolt head is inserted, on the center of each of four sides; a solar cell module supported and arranged on both upper sides from the bolt support rail of the upper side of the profile for converting the solar energy into the electric energy; and a module fixating unit for pressing an edge of the solar cell module arranged on both sides of the bolt support rail to fixate the solar cell module on the upper side of the profile. |
