According to a bottle of the present invention, grooves 22, 23 are formed at each of an upper and a lower end portions of a column; the grooves 22, 23 extend along a circumferential direction; both end portions of each of the grooves 22, 23 in the circumferential direction are in contact with each of both end edges of the column 12 in the circumferential direction, whereby occurrence of local deformation in the column 12 can be suppressed.
