The present invention relates to a composition comprising an Allium tuberosum extract as an active ingredient for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases and, more specifically, to a composition comprising an Allium tuberosum extract or an organic solvent fraction thereof as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention has effects of inhibiting the production of inflammatory factors and the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby can be usefully used as drugs, functional health food, or food additives related to inflammatory diseases.
