An organic electro-luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a lifetime by closely adhering a first substrate to a second substrate trough a metal member and preventing the inflow of moisture from the outside. A first metal pattern(13) is arranged on a first substrate(10), and the second metal pattern(22) is arranged in a second substrate(20) in order to be corresponded to the first metal pattern. A third metal pattern(24) is arranged on a second metal pattern, and the first metal pattern and the third metal pattern are chemically combined with mutual dispersion. The first and the second metal pattern are made of indium tin oxide or indium-zinc-oxide, and a plurality of organic electroluminescent diodes are arranged on the first substrate. |
