The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for broadcasting announcement messages using image information. According to the present invention, the apparatus: generates a reference model including conditions of recording, announcing, and alarming, and environment information; recognizes an object to receive the announcement messages from the image information recorded by a camera; identifies a state and an act of the object in an independent way or by interactions with the object; and then generates and outputs the announcement messages based on the reference model generated by each recording site. |
