The present invention provides a technique to manufacture Cu nanoparticles from a micro sized Cu flake using ethanolammonium sulfate. Through a method of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture Cu nanoparticles with 12 nm in average diameter; and to manufacture Cu nanoparticles environmentally friendly and at low costs due to it being manufactured using ethanolammonium sulfate at room temperature. |
